About the Logistics & Fleet Operations Coordinator Role
Logistics Coordinators orchestrate the complex movement of freight, raw materials, and finished goods across national highway networks, container depots, and regional distribution centers. In this central operations role, you will coordinate with transport fleet vendors, assign shipment loads to vehicles, and schedule line-haul dispatches.
Using transport management software (TMS) and real-time GPS tracking systems, you will track transit times, manage toll and freight documentation (e-Way bills, bilties), manage driver communications, and proactively troubleshoot transit delays to maintain tight delivery schedules.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and schedule daily outbound freight movements with certified commercial transporters
- Generate and verify mandatory shipping documentation including e-Way bills, LR/GR copies, and invoices
- Monitor live vehicle GPS tracking portals and report in-transit milestones to client account managers
- Reconcile transport freight bills against agreed rate contracts prior to accounts clearance
- Resolve in-transit vehicle breakdown situations, route detours, or documentation checkpoints
Candidate Eligibility & Requirements
- Graduate in Commerce, Logistics, Supply Chain, or any discipline
- 2 to 5 years experience in freight forwarding, 3PL logistics, or dispatch operations
- Working knowledge of GST e-Way bill rules and Indian road transport documentation
- Good analytical abilities and strong phone negotiation skills with fleet vendors
