About the Delivery Executive / Logistics Rider Role
Delivery Executives keep India's thriving supply chains, e-commerce networks, and quick-commerce operations running smoothly every day. In this role, you will report to designated fulfillment centers, receive prioritized delivery manifests, safely navigate urban routes, and hand over parcels directly to customers.
The position demands punctuality, road safety awareness, and reliable route navigation using smartphone GPS applications. You will verify proof of delivery via OTP or digital signatures, collect cash on delivery payments where applicable, and maintain vehicle roadworthiness.
Fairease directly coordinates placements with organized 3PL logistics corporations and national retail courier fleets, offering verified on-time weekly/monthly payouts, fuel allowances, and accident insurance coverage.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and inspect assigned parcels and shipments from dispatch warehouses
- Plan optimal local delivery routes using mobile GPS and navigation tools
- Ensure prompt hand-off to customers while collecting digital signature or OTP verification
- Handle Cash on Delivery (COD) transactions accurately and reconcile collections at shift end
- Uphold traffic safety protocols and maintain personal two-wheeler vehicle health
Candidate Eligibility & Requirements
- 10th Pass or 12th Pass
- Valid two-wheeler driving license and personal smartphone
- Familiarity with local city geography and road navigation
- Clean personal background verification record
