About the Manufacturing & Production Supervisor Role
Manufacturing Supervisors ensure that industrial production lines operate at peak efficiency, producing defect-free components on schedule. Stationed on active factory shop floors, you will supervise assembly line operators, assign daily production targets, monitor machine uptime, and resolve operational bottlenecks.
You will enforce strict quality control standards, perform first-piece inspections, monitor tool wear, reduce raw material scrap, and ensure that all shift personnel adhere strictly to personal protective equipment (PPE) and machine safety guidelines. Lean manufacturing principles (5S, Kaizen) are daily routines.
