About the Warehouse Executive & Inventory Helper Role
Warehouse Executives and inventory associates are the essential force powering modern fulfillment hubs, retail distribution warehouses, and manufacturing stockyards. In this physically active role, you will receive inbound cargo, verify goods against purchase packing lists, and place merchandise into designated warehouse bin locations.
Using handheld barcode scanners and warehouse management software (WMS), you will pick stock for outgoing customer orders, pack items securely according to fragile-goods standards, print shipping labels, and assist in periodic inventory cycle counts to prevent stock leakage.

Key Responsibilities
- Unload incoming delivery trucks and inspect goods for visible transit damage or quantity variances
- Scan, tag, and shelve merchandise in appropriate warehouse aisles using WMS mobile scanners
- Pick assigned order items from stock racks and package securely using standardized packing materials
- Participate in weekly cycle counts and monthly physical inventory reconciliations
- Maintain warehouse hygiene, clear walkways, and observe industrial safety protocols
Candidate Eligibility & Requirements
- 10th Pass or 12th Pass
- Physical stamina for warehouse floor activity, lifting, and sorting
- Familiarity with handheld barcode scanning tools or willingness to learn
- Disciplined attendance record and commitment to workplace safety
