About the Back Office Operations Executive Role
Back Office Executives are the operational engine of service organizations, ensuring that internal documentation, transactional validations, billing records, and vendor compliances move seamlessly across internal departments. This non-customer-facing role focuses on administrative thoroughness and systematic execution.
You will verify loan or customer application packets, audit compliance documentation, prepare operational status reports, reconcile vendor invoices against work orders, and coordinate with field teams to resolve pending paperwork. High organization and data literacy are paramount.

Key Responsibilities
- Process, audit, and archive customer verification files, application documents, and contracts

- Maintain tracking spreadsheets, update internal ERP systems, and generate weekly throughput reports
- Reconcile vendor invoices and purchase orders prior to submission for financial clearance
- Ensure adherence to corporate archiving policies and information security protocols
Candidate Eligibility & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Arts, Science, or Business Administration
- 1 to 4 years of back office or operational administration experience
- Solid command of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas)
- Meticulous eye for detail and strong written communication
