You will navigate seller central platforms across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and direct-to-consumer Shopify stores. The role involves reconciling return orders, monitoring customer seller ratings, participating in marketplace festive sale events, and collaborating with warehouse dispatch teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Create, optimize, and maintain product catalog listings across Amazon, Flipkart, and Shopify
- Monitor live inventory levels across fulfillment centers to prevent out-of-stock listings
- Track customer orders, monitor dispatch timelines, and coordinate with courier partners
- Process customer return requests, reconcile damaged stock, and file marketplace claims
- Analyze seller metrics, sales conversion rates, and competitor pricing trends
Candidate Eligibility & Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline
- 1 to 4 years experience managing Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, or Shopify
- Good understanding of catalog formatting, keyword optimization, and order fulfillment
- Proficient in MS Excel for bulk inventory upload sheets
