About the HR Executive & Talent Sourcing Specialist Role
Human Resources Executives play an indispensable role in building and nurturing high-performance company cultures. In this dual-function position, you will assist in identifying qualified talent across job portals, screening prospective resumes, scheduling interview rounds with department managers, and facilitating new hire onboarding.
Additionally, you will support core HR operational routines, including attendance tracking, leave management, employee document collection, statutory compliance filings, and employee engagement activities that foster retention and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Source qualified candidates from job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed) and campus recruitment drives
- Conduct preliminary telephonic screening to evaluate domain knowledge, communication, and salary fit
- Coordinate interview schedules with department heads and manage candidate communication
- Facilitate new hire orientation, employee document verification, and background check initiation
- Assist HR managers with attendance logs, payroll inputs, and employee engagement initiatives
Candidate Eligibility & Requirements
- MBA in Human Resources or Graduate with relevant diploma / experience
- 1 to 4 years of recruitment, talent sourcing, or HR generalist experience
- Strong understanding of job portal sourcing, boolean search, and ATS software
- Empathetic interpersonal communication and organizational capabilities
