About the Front Desk Executive & Receptionist Role
Front Desk Executives create the critical first impression for corporate headquarters, premier medical centers, and consulting offices. In this role, you will welcome visiting clients, executives, and vendor partners with warmth and professionalism, manage visitor entry passes, and direct guests to designated conference facilities.
Beyond greeting visitors, you will oversee office reception aesthetics, coordinate courier shipments, screen and route incoming corporate telephone calls, and assist administrative leadership with calendar reservations, meeting room logistics, and general clerical tasks.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet, screen, and direct visitors, clients, and corporate guests with polished hospitality
- Operate central office telephone switchboards, directing inquiries and taking precise messages
- Manage conference room scheduling, audio-visual readiness, and executive catering coordination
- Maintain incoming and outgoing courier logs and distribute postal mail to respective departments
- Assist office administration with inventory tracking of front-desk supplies and security pass logging
Candidate Eligibility & Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline or Diploma in Hospitality / Secretarial Practice
- 1 to 4 years experience in corporate front desk, hospitality, or customer relations
- Pleasing personality with excellent spoken English and professional grooming
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
