About the Digital Marketing & Performance Specialist Role

In this dynamic role, you will plan and execute multi-channel advertising campaigns across Google Search, Display, Meta platforms, and professional networks like LinkedIn.
You will conduct keyword research, audit on-page SEO factors, optimize landing page conversion funnels, write compelling marketing copy, and analyze traffic metrics through Google Analytics 4. Key Responsibilities
- Set up, manage, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max) and Meta
- Perform ongoing technical and content SEO audits to improve organic search rankings and CTR
- Design email marketing sequences, promotional broadcasts, and lead nurturing workflows
- Track cost-per-acquisition (CPA), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and website funnel drop-offs using GA4
- Coordinate with graphic designers and copywriters to produce high-converting creative assets
Candidate Eligibility & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or relevant field
- 2 to 5 years demonstrated digital marketing or performance advertising experience
- Proven track record managing paid ad budgets with measurable ROAS outcomes
- Strong familiarity with Google Analytics 4, Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, and Meta Ads Manager
