About the Software Developer (Full Stack / Frontend / Backend) Role
Software Developers turn business logic and user interface designs into resilient, scalable digital applications. In this engineering role, you will contribute across the software development lifecycle — from architectural planning and code implementation to automated unit testing, deployment, and performance monitoring.
We place developers across modern language ecosystems including JavaScript/TypeScript (React, Node.js, Next.js), Python (Django, FastAPI), Java (Spring Boot), and Go. You will collaborate with product designers, implement clean REST APIs, optimize database queries, and participate in peer code reviews.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and deploy production-grade frontend user interfaces and backend microservices
- Write modular, self-documenting code with comprehensive unit and integration test coverage
- Design and optimize relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis) databases
- Collaborate with DevOps engineers on containerization (Docker) and CI/CD deployment pipelines
- Troubleshoot production incidents and optimize application speed and database query latency
Candidate Eligibility & Requirements
- B.Tech / B.E. / MCA in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- 2 to 6 years of hands-on software development experience with modern tech stacks
- Proficiency in at least one modern language/framework (React, Node.js, Python, Java)
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and microservice architectures
