You will log customer interaction histories in modern CRM portals, maintain call disposition reports, and navigate objections with structured scripts while maintaining natural conversational warmth.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound voice calls to warm prospective leads and handle inbound customer inquiries
• Present company offerings clearly, identify customer pain points, and match appropriate service solutions
• Maintain updated call logs, customer notes, and deal stages in CRM tools (Zendesk, LeadSquared, Salesforce)
• Achieve daily talk-time benchmarks and weekly qualified appointment quotas
• Collaborate closely with field sales managers to hand off qualified prospects

Candidate Eligibility & Requirements

• Undergraduate or Graduate in any stream; freshers with strong communication welcome
• Fluent verbal communication in English and Hindi (regional languages an advantage)
• Polite telephone etiquette and active listening skills
• Familiarity with basic computer navigation and CRM data entry
