About the Security Guard & Facility Protection Officer Role
Security Guards provide round-the-clock safety, visitor screening, and asset protection for commercial office towers, manufacturing facilities, residential townships, and educational institutions. Operating at entry gates and perimeter posts, you will maintain visitor registers, verify identity credentials, and prevent unauthorized access.
You will conduct regular foot patrols across assigned facility zones, monitor fire safety equipment readiness, report maintenance hazards, and assist building management during emergency evacuation drills. Professional demeanor and alert vigilance are core requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Control and monitor visitor entry and exit points, maintaining accurate logbook records

- Monitor surveillance monitors, alarm panels, and fire extinguishing equipment readiness
- Respond calmly to facility emergencies and guide occupants during evacuation protocols
Candidate Eligibility & Requirements
- 10th Pass minimum
- Good physical health, height standards, and uncorrected eyesight
- Clean background record with verified local police clearance
- Ex-servicemen, NCC cadets, or trained security guards preferred
