About the BPO Associate (Voice & Non-Voice) Role
Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) professionals represent India's globally renowned ITES sector, providing 24/7 technical, commercial, and operational services to international and domestic clientele. In this role, you will be trained on dedicated client service accounts to handle inbound customer queries, process digital applications, or resolve account issues.
Both Voice (telephony assistance) and Non-Voice (email, live chat, document processing) tracks are available depending on your linguistic strengths. The role offers rapid internal progression, structured shift allowances, performance incentives, and comprehensive corporate cab transportation.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to inbound customer inquiries via telephony, chat, or email channels
- Follow structured standard operating procedures (SOPs) to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
- Accurately document customer interactions and ticket outcomes in enterprise CRM tools
- Adhere strictly to shift timings, login adherence standards, and call quality guidelines
- Participate in ongoing product refresher trainings and process quality enhancement workshops
Candidate Eligibility & Requirements
- 12th Pass or Any Graduate; freshers with good English fluency encouraged to apply
- Clear spoken and written communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency and keyboard typing skills (25+ WPM)
- Comfortable working in rotational shift schedules
