About the Bank Sales Executive (CASA & Loans) Role
Bank Sales Executives expand the retail deposit and lending footprint of India's leading private sector banks and non-banking financial companies (NBFCs). In this role, you will identify prospective retail and business customers, explain the benefits of various bank accounts, credit cards, or loan products, and guide applicants through the onboarding journey.
You will gather KYC documentation, verify business legitimacy, upload digital loan application files, and coordinate with bank branch underwriting teams for swift sanction and disbursement. Strong understanding of retail financial products and ethical advisory practices are vital.

Key Responsibilities
- Source high-value Savings and Current Accounts through corporate visits and business networks
- Promote personal loans, business working capital loans, and commercial credit cards
- Collect and verify complete customer KYC documentation according to RBI guidelines
- Achieve monthly customer acquisition and account balance maintenance targets
- Coordinate with bank credit processing units to resolve document discrepancies swiftly
Candidate Eligibility & Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline (Commerce or Business preferred)
- 1 to 4 years experience in banking sales, loan distribution, or insurance
- Good knowledge of KYC verification and retail banking products
- Persuasive verbal communication and target-driven mindset
